How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Editsalt Pest Control wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Editsalt Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Editsalt Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@editsalt.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Write
We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
